About the Event

EverGreen Agricultural Development Initiative hosted a press conference on April 30, 2026, at NASIDA Hall in Lafia, Nasarawa State, to promote stakeholder engagement with the AGRA-funded Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) dashboard aimed at strengthening accountability and evidence-based agricultural transformation in the state.

The event, held as part of AGRA’s Stakeholder Conference convened by Jesnoch International, brought together representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, development partners, civil society organizations, media houses, and other key stakeholders.

During the conference, EverGreen emphasized the importance of real-time agricultural data, strengthened M&E systems, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in improving agricultural planning, policy implementation, and farmers’ livelihoods in Nasarawa State.

Presentations highlighted the project’s focus on developing a comprehensive agricultural policy, improving data collection and reporting systems, and promoting transparency and accountability in the sector. EverGreen also showcased its commitment to leveraging digital solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency across agricultural value chains.

An interactive media engagement session allowed journalists and stakeholders to discuss project implementation strategies, expected outcomes, and sustainability plans.
